Traditional sweets from Kyoto

I have just got a tasty souvenir from a famous Kyoto geisha. This is Kit Kat Uji-matched and traditional Japanese sweets called 大納言清澄.  They are made from adzuki bean 小豆 and agar-agar 寒天.
I couldn't find an English translation, but it is read as dainagonseichou (だいなごんせいちょう) and is considered a high-class wagashi 和菓子
